We provide an smart routing layer to send prompts to third-party model APIs. We try to maximize uptime, but downstream model providers (like OpenAI or Anthropic) can fail. We handle the fallback automatically.
You are responsible for keeping your workspace credentials and API keys secure. If you lose control of your API key, notify us immediately so we can revoke it.
Don't abuse the API or try to overload it. Downstream providers have their own rate limits; Routor propagates those limits directly to your workspace.
You pay based on token usage. We estimate savings relative to standard provider pricing. If you deposit credits, they are consumed according to the active pricing matrix.
We provide the routing service 'as-is'. We aren't liable for any failures of downstream AI models or business losses resulting from model hallucination or downtime.
